Personal Data of Minors

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, please obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before providing personal data to Kah Motor. Where personal data of a minor is provided to us, the person providing such data confirms that the necessary consent has been obtained.

Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data in compliance with this Notice for the duration of your relationship with us whether it is through the provision of any product or service, or for such period as may be necessary to protect our interests and/or where otherwise required by law including but not limited to commercial and tax record-keeping requirements.
